USI really like this Red Light. It’s a great addition to my self-care practice. I use it while I’m doing alternate nostril breathing. And sometimes I use it while I’m doing my tapping meditations. It’s such a great addition. It’s so calming. I feel like it energizes me sometimes and then sometimes I feel like it relaxes me. I think it’s so nice that it shuts off after 10 minutes.
