Satisfaction Guarantee

Vital Red Light stands by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – if you are not satisfied with your Vital Red Light purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging. If you are unhappy with your Vital Red Light device or would like to exchange or upgrade your device for a different unit — we’re happy to accommodate your request within 30 days of receiving your device.

Refunds

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Vital Red Light will credit your original payment method used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified). You can expect your refund usually within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the size of your device, you can exchange or upgrade your device for another unit. Please note that if you exchange a larger unit for a smaller one, we will refund you the difference between the two devices (including the original discount code or promo code you applied). To upgrade to a larger unit, you must pay the difference between the smaller and larger devices (including the original discount code or promo code you applied). Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your device to request a return. We pay for the full cost of your shipping back to our warehouse (USA orders only). International customers are responsible for purchasing a shipping label and returning the device back to Vital Red Light USA. How Long Do I Have To Return My Vital Red Light?

All purchases are eligible for return for 30 days from the day you receive your order, as long as you do not violate the terms of the trial period.

What Is Your Trial Period Policy?

Unless otherwise communicated, VRL products come with a thirty (30) day trial period (the “Trial Period”) for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and parts at any time prior to the expiration of the Trial Period. If any part of the product or packaging is missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct such amount from the refund at our discretion. Any loss or damage to the product will void the refund. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the Trial Period. Please contact us at support@vitalredlight.com to initiate a return.

Can I Get A Full Refund If I Was Already Issued A Partial Refund?

If, at your request, we issue any partial refund for any reason during the 30-day Trial Period, the Trial Period will be voided. After receiving a partial refund, you are no longer eligible to return the product under the Trial Period policy.

Do You Accept International Returns?

If you are located outside of the United States and wish to return your product, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that the original shipping fee charged at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
