Step 2

Order Your New Vital Red Light Device Immediately

We will credit your trade in value in the form of a unique, one-time discount code you can use at checkout immediately after submitting your trade-in request. Simply choose a new Vital product, add your discount code during payment, and then checkout as normal.

Step 3

Get Your New Device & Send Us Your Old One

Once you receive your new device, pack up your old one and ship it to us. You have 14 days from the time you receive your new device to send in your old one, or you will be charged back the credit for your trade. We know you’ll love your new device!

What types of devices can I trade in?

We accept Vital Red Light devices as well as red light therapy devices from other brands. Trade-in value depends on the model, condition, and functionality of your device.

Can I place my order before sending in my old device?

Yes! You can order your new Vital Red Light device immediately after submitting your trade-in request. Just be sure to ship your old device within 14 days to keep your discount.

What happens if I don’t send in my old device within 14 days?

If we don’t receive your old device within 14 days, we will charge your card for the discounted amount applied to your order.

Can I combine my trade-in discount with other discount codes?

No, trade-in offers cannot be combined with other discount codes. The trade-in credit is a standalone discount toward your purchase.

What happens to my traded-in device?

All traded-in devices are donated to hospitals and charitable organizations to expand access to red light therapy.

How long does the trade-in process take?

Once we receive your old device, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process and confirm the trade-in.

What if my device isn’t working?
