Satisfaction Guarantee

Vital Red Light stands by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – if you are not satisfied with your Vital Red Light purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging. If you are unhappy with your Vital Red Light device or would like to exchange or upgrade your device for a different unit — we’re happy to accommodate your request within 30 days of receiving your device.

Refunds

If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, Vital Red Light will credit your original payment method used to make the original purchase and any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified). You can expect your refund usually within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Exchange / Upgrading Device

If you are unhappy with the size of your device, we are happy to exchange or upgrade your device for another one of our units. Please note that if you choose to exchange it for a different device, we will refund you the difference between the two devices (including the original discount code or promo code you applied). To upgrade the unit, you will be required to pay the difference between the price of the old unit and the price of the new one (including the original discount code or promo code you applied). Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your device to request a return. We pay for the full cost of your shipping back to our warehouse (USA orders only). International customers are responsible for purchasing a shipping label and returning the device back to Vital Red Light USA.
