The Vital Red Light Promise

At Vital Red Light, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why every Vital Red Light device comes with a 3-year base warranty giving you peace of mind with your purchase.

*Only Applies to Devices purchased after 4/1/2025. Warranty for devices purchased before 4/1/2025 is 2 years.

What Does The Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that occur under normal use. If your device stops working due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you, however refunds are only available within the first 30 days from the day your receive your order and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What Does The Warranty Not Cover?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality
  • Damage from improper use (e.g., using with non-approved power sources)

What is covered under the Vital Red Light warranty?

The base warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring the product functions as described in the User Manual for three (3) years from the delivery date. If the product stops working properly during the warranty period, we will inspect it and determine whether a repair or replacement is necessary.*Only Applies to Devices purchased after 4/1/2025. Warranty for devices purchased before 4/1/2025 is 2 years.

Are refunds available under the warranty?

Monetary refunds are only available within the first thirty (30) days of purchase, also known as the Trial Period. After the Trial Period, the warranty covers repairs or replacements but does not include refunds.

What types of damage are not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover intentional or destructive damage, water damage, lost products, devices that have been tampered with or modified, or products that have been resold.

How do I initiate a warranty claim for my VRL product?

To initiate a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If the product is within the Warranty Period and eligible for repair or replacement, we will guide you through the return process.
