Order Your New Vital Red Light Device Immediately

We will credit your trade in value in the form of a unique, one-time discount code you can use at checkout immediately after submitting your trade-in request. Simply choose a new Vital product, add your discount code during payment, and then checkout as normal.

Step 3

Get Your New Device & Send Us Your Old One

Once you receive your new device, pack up your old one and ship it to us. You have 14 days from the time you receive your new device to send in your old one, or you will be charged back the credit for your trade. We know you’ll love your new device!

If your trade in isn’t in a donateable condition, we properly recycle your device for a cleaner planet and a better future. If your device needs recycling, we handle this without taking any credit away from the value of your trade.
