The Vital Red Light Promise
At Vital Red Light, we stand behind the quality of our red light therapy devices. We offer a 2-year warranty (the “Warranty Period”) for all products purchased from us. Here’s a simple breakdown of what this warranty covers and answers to some common questions.
Trial Period
If you’re not completely satisfied with your device, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a monetary refund. This is called the “Trial Period.” After the first 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds but will still cover repairs or replacements under the warranty, as long as the product is still within the 2-year period.
What Does The Warranty Cover?
The Vital Red Light warranty covers any issues with your device that originate from the factory. Problems with the devices that arise within the 2-year warranty period will be eligible for a replacement. However, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
What Does The Warranty
Not Cover?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the user, theft, or environmental damage. Vital Red Light’s warranty conditions do not allow for refunds or replacements of devices or accessories damaged by any cause other than manufacturer defects.

Want To Extend Your Warranty?
At Vital Red Light, we believe in and stand by the quality of our products. In addition to our 2 year factory warranty that is included with the purchase of all Vital Red Light products, we also offer the option to extend your warranty to 3 years for an additional $50. You can add this extended warranty at checkout for an extra year of protection.
Warranty FAQ
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring the product functions according to the specifications described in the User Manual for two (2) years from the delivery date. If the product stops working properly during the warranty period, we will inspect it and determine whether a repair or replacement is needed.
Monetary refunds are only available within the first thirty (30) days of purchase, also known as the Trial Period. After the Trial Period, the warranty covers repairs or replacements but does not include refunds.
The warranty does not cover intentional or destructive damage, water damage, lost products, devices that have been tampered with or modified, or products that have been resold.
Yes, all Vital sales automatically receive the 2 year factory warranty, no matter where you are. However, all customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping, so you will be responsible for paying the international shipping costs on the replacement.
To initiate a warranty claim, simply contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If the product is within the Warranty Period and eligible for repair or replacement, we will guide you through the return process.
